As a published author and qualified business owner, Craig's platform is designed with a goal to serve your organization. The goal is to increase the level of efficiency and effectiveness of your teams by using Craig's proven Three P's of organizational development.

During Craig's twenty years in the oil and gas industry in Western Canada, he has transitioned from an operational based capacity to one of organizational development. During his career through the industry, he found myself gaining valuable experience and knowledge from industry innovators.

A key focus is on teaching the importance of connecting with people and building sustainable relationships with company stakeholders.

Craig also had the privilege to work for the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology developing course material, teaching and as an Academic Chair. He has served on the board of two non-profit community-based organizations in Central Alberta.
